Spalted Hard Maple Live Edge Table made from the section of an Ontario maple where the trunk began to divide into branches, creating a naturally formed opening now filled with clear epoxy. The spalting adds layers of colour and movement throughout the grain, giving the piece a naturally artistic feel. Handcrafted locally and entirely unique.
This live edge dining table was handcrafted using locally sourced wood salvaged from the Greater Toronto area. The live edge table top is easily separated from the base for moving purposes.
Our spalted hard maple live edge table is finished with an epoxy, and then top coated with a satin sheen water-based urethane coating. This specific type of finish is known for its exceptional durability, requiring little to no maintenance or additional care in the future.
White glove delivery service is available with a moving company Canada wide. Your product comes blanket wrapped and they will carry the piece into your space and assemble the base for you (UTS base only). Please inquire as pricing will vary based on location and accessibility.
